I found that they contain:
- an editors letter and photo
- a date which is usually found at the bottom
- name if the magazine which is the same as on the front cover.
- breakdown of the magazine into the page numbers.
- contains around 7-8 photos that are not just of people.
- there are around 5-7 types of font present on the contents page.
- graphics are included to break up the page
- the images used use direct address
- the colour scheme used is the same as the front cover
- there is also information on the magazine in order for the reader to contact them by.
- the photots have article numbers by them showing which story they link to.
- the whole contents page is organised into columns.
- the subheadings are also in bold or have graphics behind them to make them stand out.
